Small stone for January 16 2013

Posted on January 20, 2013 by Tangerine MegJanuary 20, 2013

big low yellow crescent moon

[Long workday on the 15th, so no small stone. I saw the low moon on my way home from work on the 16th. Haha, I like how the writing is a ‘small stone’, and the moon is a large ‘stone’.]

Bold Souls Say

Keep on brightening my day with your stunning use of colour and shape!! Jo Schenkel, Adelaide, Australia
The prints are truly more vibrant and lovely than I even imagined — I’m beyond honoured to hang these in my humble abode. They really are going to bring a bold and nourishing splash of colour to our lives. Bec LeighBrisbane, Australia
I spend a great deal of time in the study and I find Tangerine Meg’s prints not only inspiring but also incredibly uplifting. Their BOLD vibrant colours have the capacity of picking up my spirits when I’m feeling down. So very cheering! I am so thankful that I “happened “on Meg and her wonderful art. I hate buying store bought cards! Brian BingleyAdelaide, Australia
The cards and gift tags are beautiful!…. I love love love your artwork!… Asha MillsVirginia, US
I don’t send as many cards as I used to – so many of my friends have gone completely digital. For those I still send “real cards” to, I want something special as they are my dearest friends. Barbara SetzerWashington, US
(re: Custom Cat art) Thanks so much for the very beautiful picture, almost as lovely as the real thing AMAdelaide, Australia
It arrived today – oh my goodness it’s beautiful – even more so than in the photo LeonieAdelaide

I don’t buy art often. Not because I don’t know that art improves your life – it does! – but because most art I find is… how can I say it… pastel. And I hate pastel. Detest pastel. Pastels make me feel boring and wishy-washy. I’m a bold soul! I want bold art! Meg’s art is the antithesis of pastel. And that’s why I bought it. Down with the pastel! Hooray for bold art!
